Withthe latest Insider build, Microsoft will now let customers enter a Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 product key to activate Windows 10. This is a big change.
Oneof the things I quite miss the old way in Windows 7 is to skip the product key input during the installation. I believe there are reasons why Microsoft has put a stop sign on this but there are also valid situations where skipping a product key during the installation also makes sense.
Justbegin the installation process and install Windows 10 like you normally would. One of the first screens you'll see will ask you to enter your product key so you can "Activate Windows." However, you can just click the "I don't have a product key" link at the bottom of the window and Windows will allow you to continue the installation process.
Toinstall you need a VALID product key. If you want to install it and use it without activation or you activate it using KMS, use the GVLK keys. GVLK Product Keys: - Windows 8.1 Pro: GCRJD-8NW9H-F2CDX-CCM8D-9D6T9 - Windows 8.1 Pro N: HMCNV-VVBFX-7HMBH-CTY9B-B4FXY - Windows 8.1 Enterprise: MHF9N-XY6XB-WVXMC-BTDCT-MKKG7
Windows8/8.1 does not come for free; you have to buy it. Microsoft no longer sells 8/8.1. Try amazon.com, etc. Warning: You do not buy a Product Key by itself, as they are normally stolen/pirated, Volume Licenses which are not for private use, or MSDN keys which are not to be sold by the original subscription holder.
Vjije.
